COVID-19: How Paradigm is Responding

I hope that you and your families are well.
At Paradigm we are working actively to navigate the rapidly evolving COVID-19 emergency.
The safety and well-being of our employees is our primary focus. We have implemented the CDC’s hygiene recommendations, stopped non-essential on-site meetings and relocated employees to work from home if possible. Access to the production floor is strictly limited and workstations and tools are being disinfected regularly. We are keeping team members informed to keep them and their loved ones healthy.
We are honoring all guidelines put in place by customers. Our sales reps are not visiting customer branches. Drivers are adhering to delivery protocols. Our techs have suspended service calls until visits to homes and job sites are deemed safe again.
We are in close touch with suppliers, who have assured raw material availability. Most customers indicate that they are operating normally with social distancing. We foresee that sales appointments and installations will be disrupted for a time, but the fundamentals are strong, and we are preparing for a return to normal business levels.
Our production team is currently operating as usual. If disruptions to production or delivery schedules occur, we will let you know as soon as we can.
