To Our Valued Customers,

We’re continuing to innovate! Beginning this week, Paradigm will be installing a new glass system on our plant floor. This new glass cutting system will provide us with greater flexibility, capacity, and reliability. The new system improves throughput with faster cycle times, automated edge deleting and larger sheet size capabilities. The state of the art loading system increases yields and minimizes loss due to breakage. All of this results in greater capacity to support our customer’s growth for years to come.

With any big improvement comes temporary growing pains. Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict with the manufacturer, we were forced to pull in the installation sooner than expected. We expect to see an increase in the amount of reschedules beginning Thursday 5/5/22, until Wednesday 5/11/22. On average, we expect to see up to a 2-3 week extension from current promise dates. We will be dedicating all resources to ensure that this transition happens smoothly.

Please keep in mind that rush and remake requests for the month of May will be difficult to fulfill.
