Effective immediately – Due to unforeseen supply chain constraints lead times for order out glass are being updated from 45 business days, to 60 business days. All other lead times remain the same from the last update on 9/16/2021.

Products Categorized as “Order Out Glass”

• Tempered (tempered glass for 6068 patio doors is not affected by this change)
• Oversized units (3/16 or 1/4)
• Geometric shapes
• Any non-standard glass packages (Low-E 366, Low-E 180)
• Laminated glass
• Impact glass
• Glass with diamond grids

We will also upload this document to the Customer Portal, available on the home screen in Optic order entry and will continue to update this document as needed.
