Concurrent with the launch of PWS Optic, the 2020 5% price increase that was previously delayed, will be implemented as of July 13, 2020. All orders will be subject to the new price increase.
Order submission functionality in TDCI will be turned off 7/10/20 at 5pm. All orders starting on 7/13/2020 must be submitted through the PWS Optic platform.
TDCI will remain active for all users through 2020, for viewing purposes only. After that, access will be turned off for everyone except for Paradigm customer service reps.
To assist our customers, quotes previously entered in TDCI will be transcribed into production in PWS Optic after 7/13/2020. You will need to notify your customer service rep that an order needs to be pushed through to production.
Short training videos will be available next week though the “Customer Portal” tile on the home screen. Also, once we go live the “walk me” feature will be available for your use on the right hand side of the home screen, which will walk you through important functionality should you assistance.

New Specs Guide
A new version of the rough opening guide will be added to the PWS Optic homepage. We are also adding performance data to this document so all specifications are easily accessible and can be printed on the fly.
Customer Portal
We have built out a customer portal web page to centralize all communications and collateral. All mass e-mails, updates and product changes will be posted here when they are released. This will also contain training videos related to PWS Optic.
Walk Me
If you’re not sure how to place an order, “Walk Me” will be available on the right hand side of you screen. You can choose which workflow you would like to see and the PWS Optic platform will walk you through that process step-by-step.
As We Get Closer To Launch
PWS Optic is currently completing it’s first round of beta testing. The beta platform will be shared with more customers this week, so make sure you get in and play around! We depend on your feedback. After you have become acquainted, make sure to take a quick UX survey at the link below.
In the next week, our team will be producing quick training videos for your reference. These will be posted on the customer portal for your use. If your team would like an individualized training webinar and Q&A session, please reach out to your sales rep to set up a time that will work best for you!
