Due to supply chain shortages, the 5-Series sill angle components have become unavailable. Our engineering team has developed an alternative solution that will work with the current 5-Series Double Hung design. 

We have found a method of using 8300 sill angle parts with the 5-Series Double Hung until the standard parts becomes available again. We will be sending the alternative part for all 5-Series Double Hung orders. The following parts will be included for the time being – 

1pc of 8300080 WHT Sill Angle

1pc of 8300083 WHT Adj Sill Angle – Foot

Instructions to install are attached, and we will update you as soon as the standard 5-Series part becomes available. This solution will not affect the performance or durability of the window. 

Please note, this alternative is a solution for 5-Series Double Hung products only and does not work for other 5-Series window types.
