| Dear Valued Partner, This correspondence is to provide you a 30-day written notice of a change in our pricing. Due to rising manufacturing costs, we will be implementing a 10% price increase on all products. This new pricing will be effective for orders placed on or after January 1, 2021. All discounts will be adjusted accordingly in the system. Our order entry software and system will be automatically updated with the new pricing on the effective date.
