| Paradigm is pleased to introduce the FlexScreen solution for all hung products. Based on the demand and feedback on ease of use and quality from our customers, we are moving to offer the FlexScreen as our default screen solution for all 5 and 8 Series hung and horizontal glider units, Effective immediately, FlexScreen will be available in both full and half screen configurations. We are confident that this value-added feature will aid you in your sales process as the Flex Screen is visually appealing, easy to install and maintain and allows for a less obstructed, clearer view of the outside while offering unparalleled durability and convenience. Formerly, we have offered this product as the “Nu-Vu Screen” for painted products only. Please be aware that all literature and website content will reflect the renaming of the product and will be represented globally across our product line as FlexScreen. FlexScreen can be set as a default in the Optic order system for all hung and slider units though your favorites settings. In the event that you do not set up a favorite, FlexScreen will appear first on the drop down menu but it must be selected. You will still be able to order a standard aluminum screen, but you will have to specify that selection manually.  If you use FlexScreen on hung products and need to match the screen mesh on other window types, make sure to select the “Vista-Vu” screen mesh option. For more information, or how to change your favorites settings to incorporate FlexScreen, please contact your Paradigm customer service or sales representative.  Please note – For warranty purposes – All FlexScreen products sold with Paradigm windows will need to be registered thru FlexScreen via the link below.
